Domestic Shipping Policy

 

At War Trophy, we understand that when you order gear, you want it fast and hassle-free. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle domestic shipping:

 

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed after 3 PM (EST), on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

Shipping Methods & Rates:

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.

  • Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping.

 

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

 

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package every step of the way.

 

Shipping Address:

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

Issues with Your Shipment?

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking info says “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, reach out to us. We’ll work with the carrier to track it down or send a replacement.

Self Accountability Return Policy

 

At War Trophy, we believe in accountability—on and off the field. That’s why we’ve crafted our Self Accountability Return Policy, which emphasizes personal responsibility while ensuring your satisfaction.

 

Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window:

  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 15 days have passed, we trust that you’ve made a firm commitment to your purchase.

2. Eligible Items:

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations are ineligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Clearance items or products marked as “Final Sale.”

4. Initiating a Return:

  • Email us at [support@wartrophy.com] with your order number and reason for the return.

  • Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

5. Shipping Costs:

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

6. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your return and will be issued to the original payment method.
